I like that it's easy to use for any business size! It is also very affordable compared to other programs out there in this market space (eg., Practice Fusion). There are some things you need more training or support from their team before using effectively. I like that it is easy to use for my staff because of its intuitive layout which makes entering clinical information quick and efficient! It has helped me improve patient care by allowing us better communication between providers as well as creating more accurate medical records in real time!! I like that it's very easy to edit pages when you're making changes or adding things by hand is difficult for me so this helps quite a bit! Not much but i do not have anything bad about this program as far as what I've seen. It does help in terms of keeping track of records easier than paper files and it also has time stamping which comes in handy sometimes. The best thing about brave river care is that it has excellent customer service! I cannot say enough good things about how responsive they are to my questions or concerns. They have been very helpful in answering all of my patient privacy concerns.
