I mainly use this press on my outdoor skillet to keep the bacon from curling, but I also use it for burgers. The size is big enough for regular bacon strips and you can also fit two hamburgers underneath. Some people have complained that it rusts, but like all cast iron, it needs to be properly seasoned. I took the time to season it and haven't had any rusting issues. In addition, the seasoning makes this press virtually non-stick. Wiping with a paper towel a few times is enough to remove food stuck to food.
