It's been 4.5 months and it's basically a toast

I really liked the size and design. It worked great right after the first connection. A few weeks ago my laptop stopped going to sleep when it was supposed to. Researched the manufacturer and Win 10 for solutions and figured one of them was to blame. Tried everything. Nothing has changed. But the finger pointed to the TwoPan hub as the culprit. Today the PD port failed. I could handle the slow ethernet that others have complained about, handle glitches on sleep setup, but no power? Time for 1 star and looking for a better solution.
