I have used this on all my windows and it makes a world of difference. Where ice has formed on the inside of my windows, the plastic now feels just below room temperature to the touch. It warms my house and protects it from drafts. It's pretty easy to put on alone, but it will definitely take less time if there are two of you. The only thing I don't like is that it attracts every dust and fiber in the room and what sticks to it when you put it down stays wedged between the window and the plastic all winter. .
