The set is very complete and great for a first brew I recommend 3 or 4 pieces to avoid the metal finish Try refrigerating and transporting to the fermenter and avoid picking up the sediment from the bottom (use disinfected siphon). This prevents hop residue from entering the fermenter. For bottling, prepare a honey solution (20 g of honey per 2 cups of water), which will eliminate the metallic taste.
