No Support - Computers and Accessories

A good router for novice users. Setup is very easy if you don't want to do port forwarding or other complicated programming. There is another instruction manual for this product. Technical support is sorely lacking. I called to ask a simple question about USB port access. They couldn't reply and still didn't answer my question.
