I have been using this product since it was called "Support Master" back when they were still owned by Novell (which also sold them out). They've always had good products at reasonable prices - Support master does not disappoint here either!! Easy-to use interface; robust functionality across all types & sizes of engagements/projects we undertake wtih their clients as well those who engage directly via our agency partners or self serve customers through an agent partner network within Australia / New Zealand wide.; Pricing structure makes sense given its very powerful scope which allows you go deep into specific topics such has Service Level Management etc without having to purchase other additonal modules.- The ability easily rollout additional client engagement templates if required over time e g., Project Manager Engagement Templates are easy enough for one person's input but can be expanded upon once more staff join up with.
