I loathe to say it, but Hajack's selection and caliber of furniture and baby products have genuinely impressed me. As a consistent customer, I didn't have high hopes given the many negative online evaluations I've read. But I made the decision to gamble, and I'm happy I did. In addition to being fashionable and useful, the furniture they choose is made of high-quality materials. There were no missing parts during assembly, and the directions for assembly were simple to understand. Additionally, they provided excellent customer support. When I had a problem with one of my orders, their staff responded right away and satisfactorily fixed it. Overall, I am pleased with my experience at Hajack and will keep using them for all of my furniture and baby product requirements. Give Hajack an opportunity instead of letting the unfavorable reviews turn you off; you might be pleasantly surprised like I was.
