I like that it is easy to use, very simple for my non-technical colleagues too! It's free so there are no costs involved in using this tool which makes me happy because we're not paying anything out of our own pockets but rather getting something useful back from them (the service). The fact that you can see all your data at once without having multiple tools open has been invaluable when trying to troubleshoot issues with clients' databases or figuring things such as the best way forward if an issue arises during testing/development etc.,.
