Save money and buy some good circlip pliers

Pros: Designed to work with several different types of circlips Cons: Can only be used with the lightest equipment, completely disposable tool - probably the worst I've ever used bought. Your money and get high quality tools specifically designed for the job you will be doing. I was surprised to see that they are still available. I bought a set of these at a bargain price >25 years ago when I first stocked my toolbox. The only difference is that they have a rubber grip instead of the bare metal grips, which are great for pinching fingers and hands if the tool fails (which WILL). The design is suitable for easy use when using straight handpieces; However, the angles -- the instrument's most useful and powerful -- simply rotate in the jaw mount, launching retaining rings and ingenious "interchangeable tips" into low-Earth orbit. I recommend you wear goggles because when this happens things tend to blow up, btw. It can be argued that you just need to tighten the screw. This may work once or twice but will inevitably damage the screw and/or the soft threads in the jaws. The only guarantee you get with this tool is that you'll 1) learn the meaning of the phrase "buyer beware" and 2) rattle around a few small parts in your toolbox until you throw them away.
