He calmly melts the protein with sugar on the meringue to the desired temperature, and then immediately whisks. Freeing me from unnecessary movements, pour from one bowl to another. The machine easily and quickly kneads the dough for a honey cake, initially heating honey, sugar and butter on its own ! It is sooo convenient that there is a scale, there is no need to remove the bowl and weigh it separately. This of course saves cooking time. And also, I was able to temper the chocolate, it's great ! There are also recipes for dishes that can be prepared using a mixer. And this is not only confectionery, I was able to cook hodgepodge👌 in it for my big family. The volume of the bowl is almost 7 liters. this allows! In general, you can’t count everything that you can cook with this mega-machine ! And I bake, I create with pleasure, thanks to my new assistant in the kitchen - Kenwood!
