The box must have been dropped or the part was already chipped when it arrived. Then he put out 166 volts instead of 120 volts. I'll try remodeling with wires and see if that solves the problem. Currently, the small dial on the back doesn't help regulate the tension. If I hadn't checked the voltage it might have burned something. Not recommended!
