Shame on you, AOK. You promised that the monitor will automatically switch from landscape to portrait mode when the monitor is rotated - THIS IS WRONG. There are instructions in the user manual (by the looks of it) that don't make any sense at all - it says to disable auto-rotate and then enable hit again. AS? There is no pivot setting anywhere. The incorrect auto-rotate is the reason for the 3 stars. Also, the installation was a bit tricky and during the installation I got a warning that the monitor could stop working at any moment because I'm using Windows 10 and not 11. I tried updating the driver to get auto rotation. work but to no avail as the driver is a .RAR file and not an .EXE file. It seems that to open a .RAR file you have to overcome all obstacles and the instructions I found on the internet didn't work for me. However, I was able to download the DisplayLink app from the Microsoft Store. The app is optional but makes it a little easier to manually rotate the display BECAUSE AUTO ROTATE DOESN'T WORK. This is my first time working with a dual monitor setup, so I have a setup phase. My desk is small and needs to hold 2-3 cats at all times, so I liked the idea of a small, portable second monitor. I'll keep it in portrait mode whenever possible to save desk space. As others have said, the display is not impressive. That's enough for my work purposes. And I've been experimenting a bit with using a second monitor to log into the streaming service and watch the news while I'm working late. I think it's ok. I'm just really disappointed that the auto rotate doesn't work and there is no tech support. If that little monitor fails, I'll grab a more expensive one (maybe touchscreen) from a more reputable company.
