Review on Fulton ETCHL 0700: Secure Spare Tire Carrier with Locking Bracket and Key Lock by Oso Mears

Product worked as advertised and attached my boat's spare tire to the boat trailer frame (3" wide, 4" high). I used regular lug nuts to attach the tire to the u-bolt and then put the locking arms in place. It would be nice if the nuts were included, but I already had them. My only complaint is that I didn't receive keys for the lock in the package. Also, there was no key number on the lock so I can't even take it to a locksmith to have a key made for it which rendered the lock useless and I ended up throwing it away.
