This monitor is great. I switched to this one from another similar one because my old one wasn't bright enough and had a narrow viewing angle. This one is very bright and has enough viewing angles that I have no trouble seeing the screen. I mounted it on my arm so it could swivel next to my laptop or above my laptop's screen. I had an issue with this screen that several others have mentioned. From time to time it would start making a high-pitched buzzing sound. Sometimes changing the brightness or restarting can fix the problem temporarily, but usually only for a few minutes. But finally I found a solution! I tested powering this monitor with a Nintendo Switch AC adapter and the issue was resolved 100% of the time. I ordered a replacement Nintendo Switch charger from Revain Basics with the following specs: 5V --- 3A and have been using it for about 3 months with no problems. I gave this monitor 4 stars because I needed to troubleshoot. and deal with this problem. The computer's (Macbook Pro, 2020) USB port simply isn't able to provide enough power to adequately support this monitor, even at low brightness settings. If this monitor came with a matching power supply I would give it 5 stars without question.
