I like how they call back immediately when you get your voicemail messages and follow up to make sure everything was ok. They also offer multiple options (ie text vs phone calls). You can set it so an employee has their own list of people not just everyone in one list. Sometimes the customer service agent says something incorrect or makes a mistake but doesn't correct themselves right away which ends up being frustrating. Try them out! It's worth giving them a shot because if their support isn't good enough then there are many different Voicemails platforms available. We use this as part of our outbound contact strategy during campaign hours. Helps ensure we're reaching qualified leads without wasting time trying to reach non-qualified leads/customers. As well having more ways to communicate with customers helps boost sales overall.
