Works great. Keep in mind that it only comes with ONE half-round oil pan gasket, so you'll need more than this kit if you want to remove the upper oil pan (although that's more work than timing chain work). It has an oil pan gasket, two water pump gaskets, an upper oil pan gasket to the timing gear cover, and a few others that you use in various places. (and some not) Used on my 2002 Maxim with a 2005 engine.
