The ability to schedule new clients online with ease - I like that it's easy! You can even have multiple slots open at once so you don't lose time when trying to do this task manually (which was my previous process). It would make sense if there were more prompts or notifications about upcoming client bookings instead of having to go back through your calendar every few days just to find them. Otherwise not really anything as far as dislikes are concerned but they've been improving their service over the last year which has made me hopeful overall. Trying out different scheduling methods/apps before deciding what works best in our office setting. We're finding we need something where people won't be able to miss scheduled sessions because someone else booked them while they weren't looking. This helps us keep track of who is available vs unavailable so staff doesn.
