Support was very responsive. Even sent out replacement switches (PD-6ANS) but it still didn't work.In the course of troubleshooting Lutrom sent out 3 LUT-MLCs and 2 PD-6ANS switches to assist at no additional cost to me. So don't be afraid to give it a shot even though these don't seem to work for me.I have them in two different key locations that just don't work for me. The front lights for the house and my garage lights.Outside Front LightsNo matter what bulbs I use (even incandescent) when the switch first gets power the lights come on. If I turn the lights off they won't come back on again until I either remove power from the switch or press the on button and pull the front accessible service switch (FASS) out and put it back in.Garage LightsOnly works when one light is in one of the two outlets no matter what light bulb I use. This is unfortunate because one light is just not enough in my garage.I do have two dimmer switches working in the basement (can lights) but each are in a 2-way configuration.I also have one PD-5ANS working in the unfinished side of the basement in a 3-way config. In this location I left the second physical switch in place and used the yellow jumper cable.But to really make it worth it I would want all locations to work without issue. I may give dimmer switches a try in these two locations even though I have no need for the dimming capability.
