The main structure broke on first use.
Received today. After the leaves and suckers were cut off, the main part of the cut broke in two. I didn't even notice it until it fell apart in my hands. Now I have to go to UPS to get a refund that doesn't include the cost of gas. but I will do it on principle. It's hard to believe that something could have been done so badly. Just poor quality plastic - cheaper than the dollar store. I find this to be the first Vivosun product to disappoint. Some of their other products have been surprisingly good.
