The best thing about this software was that it allowed me to communicate with my team without having to go through email or send out emails myself which can be time consuming (especially if you have many people).

I had issues where sometimes when sending files over via FTP they would get stuck in an infinite loop causing them not to work at all so make sure your computer has enough RAM or processor power available as well as internet speed/bandwidth. We were able to use this tool while working remotely from home allowing us to stay organized during our remote days!
