Almost every triathlete has had to roll a bottle out of the holder onto the race track at some point, it really sucks! Your hydration and fuel are now in question. I use this cage best in the "torpedo" position (between the arms) and it works great. It's carbon fiber so it's very light. It holds the bottles tight but I will say it holds some bottles better than others but all the bottles are pretty tight. As an XLAB product it's very well made but tends to be expensive so shop around and grab a good deal.
