I love the program because of it generosity toward startup. It was not charging any fee or equity unlike many program. This platform was established in 2014, it has been helping many startup to achieve there goals. The approved selected startup will be on site for 26 weeks.
The official website was well designed and user friendly, it has many information that can be easily access. The first page provide the access to apply for the program. It has frequently asked questions that is helpful, there is provisions for social medial that can be signup on for contacting and access to information about the program
It is worth mentioning that it has no arrear of businesses that it provide help to, digital or non digital product or services.
For any startup to record a great success, it need more that capital. How the asset need to be put into use and connection with those really need it also important. These among other things were what the platform providing for the startup, the needed mentoring and cotching . It has many partner that add to the success of the program.
I love the arrangement of making everything free, it is not common on the program like this to cover for some expenditure and traveling cost without equity. In my opinion this is amazing, especial for the people the startup in this part of the world, Africa.
The Demo day usually interested, many investors will be invited through this there is opportunity to meet many investors. This is good for the startup because it will give them opportunity to spread their wings.
Considering all the past success of this program and what it put in place for startup. The platform support two languages, i am of the opinion that more languages can be added.
