Review on Country Smokers CSGDL0590 Highland: Large Portable Griddle for Exceptional Outdoor Cooking - Black by Doug Small

I was trying to save money on Blackstone by going with this unbranded model. It's not scary and it works. Poor build quality. The legs are really thin. I had to amplify them myself. The worst thing is the torque when it gets hot. I have attached the same video I sent to their support. Once the pan heats up or if you cool it down by placing food on it, it will curl up. When this happens, it won't sit straight and will start to wobble. It's really quite amazing. I contacted technical support. Finally, after a few weeks, they contacted me and said that I screwed the legs on incorrectly. The cost of the return did not exceed €100, I would have already sent it back. --- I've owned this thing for a year now. I screwed it to my deck and it no longer spins. The surface is NOT flat. This is a consumer version, so I don't expect any commercial results. Is it flat enough? Yes. Will I replace this block? Yes. will it be soon no It gets the job done, but my first impression is that I would be happier buying coasters from "famous brands". If you don't want to and can't make any changes to this thing, avoid it.
