Easy-to - Use Ticketing Software: Spiraldesk

I like how easy it is to use. It's very simple to set up your first ticket. The interface is also very intuitive and easy to understand. I dislike how the system sometimes freezes up for no reason at all. Sometimes when I'm working in the main window, I can't click on anything at all. This happens so often that I have stopped using it entirely. As of now it cannot be used as a help desk or customer service software. It would be great if there were more features added to this program. We are solving our problem with this software. I am able to easily create tickets and add attachments to them. I love how this software helps me keep track of my agents.

Pros
  • Also has an excellent support team who work quickly whenever something doesn’t quite go right.
Cons
  • When certain programs freeze you lose whatever changes made.
  • Certain functions do not function properly
