You may need more equipment.
Bolts only fit trailer tongue 3" wide or wider, padlock tiny. STRONG bracket also FITS 5 x 4.5" bolts common on trailers. I have 1/2". -Used fine thread bolts with lock nuts to attach to the bracket and then attached the wheel with nuts, overall a good unit.
