Review on PanaVise Self Centering Extra Wide Opening by Jared Allred

Nice and solid workmanship, all metal construction (except for the shoes of course). I can hardly find many negative points. The only complaints are that the guide rods show some wear on the guides as there are no bearings, just a through hole. This will cause them to loosen somewhat over time and wear away the black oxide coating. The "crank" offset also appears to be a bit short, although this was probably done that way on purpose to limit the force applied to the screw. If it were twice the size, opening/closing the jaws would require less force. However, these are all very, very small details compared to the overall quality and construction. However, I would like the price to drop a bit or the details to be corrected.
