Let me tell you about my terrible internet shopping experience with Zettaguard. Knowing how important innovation and happy customers are to me as a do-it-yourself specialist, I was pleased to find their website. My joy was short-lived, however, because the product I got was defective and not up to par with others in its field. I tried contacting customer support, but my issues were not treated seriously, and I am now stuck with a useless product and no answers. Claims made by Zettaguard that they are a household brand are completely false. As a do-it-yourself specialist, I strongly advise you to avoid dealing with this scammy company.
