I have never used a flycatcher or end mill larger than 1/2 inch. This Accusize end mill gives me a whole new way to efficiently machine large areas without having to sharpen The flypaper attachment. The first test cut with the tool resulted in a high gloss finish that exceeded my expectations. The only downside to the purchase was the Inserts that came with the tool. The inserts are not standard TPG inserts. They have a flat rim to the rounded tip and the entire cutting edge is beveled at the cutting face! Both seem to have serious problems with insert friction instead of cutting cause, so I haven't even tried them. com/gp/product/B00EUG0H4O/.the point of these inserts I installed e in a face mill were equidistant from the flank within .0002".
