I have ordered three of these devices. The latter has not yet been removed from the packaging - this is a spare part. If one of them stopped working there would be a riot here so I had to make sure I had another one ready. I've had pet heat pads for decades, but these are particularly good. They're a good size and - my favorite part - have an electrical mongo cord that neither of them could chew on, no matter how long they worked on it. My others were much smaller and just flat black plastic. but they still did their job. These are particularly good. I wasn't worried about them overheating, but I left the first one on the kitchen counter for maybe a week, putting things on it just to make sure everything was ok. I am happy with them and they are the main dependency of my cat team here.
