Know your dog before ordering

Like with any toy, you need to know your dog and how they do with specific kinds of toys or watch them when they first get a new toy. I got the medium for my 12 pound corgi (yeah, she's a small girl. Not quite sure what happened, but I'm fine with my unexpected mini-corgi). I got it for her because her pit bull best friend had one, and she has to do everything he does (she pees with her leg hiked 100% of the time now after spending time with him, if that tells you anything.) She is roughing up the toy some, but she's way more destructive than you'd think a little dog her size would be. The fact that she's had it since Christmas, chews it daily, and it's still in good enough shape for me to feel comfortable letting her keep says a lot. Her and her 11 pound Malti-Poo sister normally destroy toys within days because of how rough they are on them.

Pros
  • Provides a comfortable and ergonomic grip for dogs
Cons
  • The toy may be noisy when dogs play with it, potentially causing annoyance for humans
