The product worked fine for two weeks, then it wouldn't connect to the internet. After nearly two hours of troubleshooting during a conference call with a NETGEAR tech and ISP, and after the cable tech came out and rewired, we decided to hook up another modem to see if it worked. It happened. I called Netgear back with my case number to request a replacement and I've spent the last 45 minutes explaining to this guy everything that's already in the notes. He tells me he is not authorized to replace the product and needs to refer me to tech support to REPEAT all the steps we took yesterday to prove this stupid thing didn't work. I will never buy a Netgear product again.
