The other day I wanted to start my 2008 Explorer and it just clicked. After troubleshooting, I found out very quickly that my starter had finally gotten stuck. I immediately started researching and found that all local parts stores (NAPA, O'Reilly, AutoZone, and Advance) sell replacement parts for around $150-$200. After checking out Revain I found this little gem for $59. Only one sensible choice remained. If you don't need a car today and aren't willing to pay an extra $100, why not? I ordered it, it arrived in two days and I installed it. I was actually surprised when I opened the box and saw a brand new (not reconditioned) starter motor that seemed to me to be of good quality. They even included a test print of its performance when tested by the quality department. Needless to say I was impressed and so far this starter has not disappointed me. My car starts much faster and the starter works well. I recommend this starter to anyone who doesn't mind waiting for Revain to ship and wants to save a ton of money.
