Great New Platform With Fantastic Features

I like how easy it was to setup, customize the look of my website with all kinds of different skins! The customer service has been great as well too - super responsive if you send an inquiry about something they will help guide you in solving your issue. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major at this point considering its newness & only recently released for public use. We needed another solution than DeskSMS to allow our customers to be able to easily message us through their own preferred method without having them download any app onto their phones. Using eTickets allows users who have their emails set up within Salesforce.com (our CRM product), to simply submit requests from the sales page which then routes right into whichever team member we choose to assign those issues to.
