This is a complete set. This means that it includes 2 derailleurs for left (3 speeds) and right (depending on your bike's cassette speed), including cables and SRAM cranks. Very easy to install. I didn't even have to adjust the brake levers. IF you have a Shimano derailleur and rear derailleur, the SRAM MRX Comp is the way to go. The cable tension when turning the cranks is 2 to 1. The MRX Comp is not for you if you have a SRAM front derailleur and rear derailleur. You need a SRAM COMP without the MRX label in order for it to work with a SRAM derailleur. The SRAM Comp cable tension is 1 to 1. I made the mistake of ordering the SRAM Comp first and it didn't work, especially the Shimano derailleur. This set serves as a replacement for my two 18 year old Specialized Hard Rocks. , 7-speed mountain bikes Recommended for purchase.
