Review on 🛶 2 Pairs FOXCID J-Bar Rack - Heavy-Duty Kayak Roof Rack & Canoe Boat Surf Ski Carrier | Top Mount for Vehicle by Paul Andrews

Both for my 10ft 6in kayak. I use this rack on my 2004 expedition. Some have argued that the screws are too long. Bolt. My roof also has small indentations along its length for what appears to be rain channels. I placed the trunk above them to give extra room when attached to the crossbars. I use standard crossbars and they aid in towing the RV and land and return (round trip (300 miles round trip). I also used the straps that came with them. They seem very strong to me. My OEM ones Crossbars have small holes on either side for what looks like matching strap hooks. If you position the straps correctly I can tie an extra strap into these holes for extra security. It won't be a problem getting them loose either. Just make sure that the square head is all the way down I bought the last set so I bought another one off eBay and it's identical to this one, the instructions are a bit missing but easy to figure out.
