The most important thing I like about story stream has been their focus of listening deeply so that they understand what we really want from our brand communication in order achieve business goals. They also have developed very creative tools which are useful when designing stories with multiple audiences/brands involved or collaborating together across different locations (e g office vs factory). It can be hard at times if you're not familiar working remotely while using this tool because it's quite difficult sometimes understanding where someone else would mean certain words within an image etc but overall great product!
