I like how easy it was to set up as well make changes without being technical knowledge needed for setting things up correctly! The customer service team has been great helping me solve problems when we have encountered them over time during our contract implementation process!! We've had some issues while implementing this product but they were resolved very quicky by their support staff.
It would be nice if there are training guides available before going live since not all customers will understand everything right away from just reading documentation online. This tool helps us better manage revenue streams across multiple channels (web store/mobile app) which allows our clients access through different devices such as mobile phone vs PC etc.. Our goal now after using optivavision platform is providing seamless experiences between webstore & smartphone apps via push notifications.We also use analytics data collected within these platforms along other sources of information.
