Great Revenue Management System with excellent support

One of best revenue management system I have used as it covers all things like customer life cycle analysis & churn to cost optimization for telecom services using both mobile data plans an SMS plan which makes this product quite special one amongst others! For example we are able tracking customers' usage across our channels (mobile voice only) by service level agreements along the way till they get paid off completely! Amazing feature would be : 1.) Real time tariff update notification2)…

Cons
  • The customization options available through UI looks too basic but there're good enough

I like how easy it was to set up as well make changes without being technical knowledge needed for setting things up correctly! The customer service team has been great helping me solve problems when we have encountered them over time during our contract implementation process!! We've had some issues while implementing this product but they were resolved very quicky by their support staff. It would be nice if there are training guides available before going live since not all customers will…

My Practice loves using Insightly and is very user friendly

I like how easy it was to setup for my clients as well their customers through out our state of Maine! There isn't much about this product but what we have used has been great over all from setting up accounts etc.. We are able solve problems related customer retention by providing discounts/credits towards future services such as internet service if payment wasn’t received within 30 days time period (or something similar). I like how easy it was to set up my account for our small practice! It

  • Great functionality at first glance without extensive training or learning curve; just get in there with your client's information.
  • Ability To add credit limit when entering new patients that does auto update every 5 mins so you don´ t miss important changes made while working remotely outside normal office hours)
  • Excellent Customer Service reps both live chat AND phone support options

The ability to track all of my accounts from one place was very helpful! I wish there were better reporting options for some things like credit card statements but overall it's been great! There have not really been anything i dislike about this product other than maybe having too many different modules/features within each module could be overwhelming sometimes. We are able to easily see what our customers spend online without needing multiple programs. It has also helped us keep up with…
