Review on Optiva Revenue Management Suite by Kevin Taharka

The ability to track all of my accounts from one place was very helpful! I wish there were better reporting options for some things like credit card statements but overall it's been great! There have not really been anything i dislike about this product other than maybe having too many different modules/features within each module could be overwhelming sometimes. We are able to easily see what our customers spend online without needing multiple programs. It has also helped us keep up with chargebacks which we used to struggle doing before using optiva revenue management suite.
