I wrote an old review. I wasn't truly happy. The founders made it right! I received a new pair of trauma scissors in the mail with a postcard explaining/apologizing for the old ones! I so appreciate this. I'm gonna take these to work and do some cutting on that gauze wrap!. THANK-YOU So much for making things better/right! I truly respect people when they understand that there was a fault with their product. I will gladly spread the word! It's so nice to know that they had my back, i didn't waste my money! I have faith in business folks. thank you.
