The ability to track all of our nonprofits in one place, it takes some getting used too but with that comes efficiency! I can see everything at once (funders/grantees), where we currently have funds going through so much red tape there's no way anyone will touch them if they don't know about us - this solves that problem immediately. Also having those same people also be responsible for donor relations saves time as well since we're able to talk directly back & forth regarding questions or concerns from donors without any outside third party intervention. Having everyone involved also helps get things done quickly which has saved me more than enough times over these last few months.
