This tool kit saved a life. I had a broken 15mm caliper bolt and tried a few things to get it out. Everything didn't work until I used this kit. I put the matching head in the screw and then put a 1/2" head on top (instead of using a 3/8" tool). I put a 2 foot rod on the jack and put some pressure on it. The first slight twist seemed to force the head into the bolt, but after that it came out EASILY. at least some are 1/2", but the socket's hex base allows for the attachment of a wrench or socket. Can't comment on durability as I've only used it once. I suspect they'll hold up well. As it is is a rarely used but sometimes much needed tool, it will most likely be with me for the rest of my life.
