It works well if you’re doing concealed hinges although you can only use it the proper way for upper cabinets. In the base cabinets I had to use it upside down because the clamp screw is too long. The arms have no rubber padding on the bottom side. There also is no set screw to the height adjustment. It would also be nice if there was a measuring scale so that you knew where the support arm was in relation to the cabinet frame. It has potential to be an outstanding cabinet tool but needs work.It worked for my application but I could see how it could also be more a pain in the butt than helpful.
