The cabinet door installation support clamp comes with no written instructions or brand markings of any kind. The lack of a brand begs the question of the commitment to the customer after the sale or commitment to being an ongoing concern. The cabinet door mounting jig is well made and solid but is extremely slow to adjust requiring a deliberate, very patient methodical technique or it will jam. Perhaps my unit was on the tight side of tolerances but to move the door support bar, in one hand, you need to hold the bar perfectly straight and assist the movement or the screw will jam as the bar racks and binds in the track. This jig makes hanging and aligning cabinet doors so much easier. It is always nicer to have a third hand or extra support when doing a project by yourself. This allows you to get the height just right. It was always a struggle to not let the door slip, if you were just holding the door against the cabinet while trying to screw it in by yourself. It works well if you’re doing concealed hinges although you can only use it the proper way for upper cabinets. In the base cabinets I had to use it upside down because the clamp screw is too long. The arms have no rubber padding on the bottom side. There also is no set screw to the height adjustment. While there are a couple of things that bother me (see video), none of them rise to a level that would keep me from buying this nor would they keep it from being useful. It's a solid piece of kit and will save me a good amount of time each job. I would love to see a metric and imperial scale laser engraved into the body. It would be worth the extra money. This tool makes it easier to mount cabinet doors by acting as a 3rd hand that holds the door at the desired height so that hinges can be attached. It will make it a little easier to install upper cabinet doors, but it won't work on lower cabinet doors with less than 3.5" between floor and bottom of cabinet. So, it does work, but it has very limited use. I would not recommend this jig to anyone needing to install multiple or upper and lower cabinets.

This is a very useful tool when installing cabinet doors. It clamps to a frame or bottom of a cabinet with the bottom screw which has a rubber end (pic 3). Requires some patience to adjust, doesn’t always slide smoothly. Light pressure up or down and it snaps back into the track just right to move smoothly. My personal preference would be using a jig so drill pilot holes and hinges all at the right spot instead of this jig.

This has helped our remodel of our kitchen. Super handy, to be able to hang doors back up when we finished doing our hardware updates.

This is a super handy leveling jig. Love the machining and the finish on it; all the bolts are smooth with no wiggle/tight tolerances. This will work great for cabinetry, but I've already found lots of uses for it, from having an "extra hand" to clamp and make small adjustments in building wood frames to holding a glass shower drawer level while mounting it.
