Review on BOSCH JA1010 Jig Saw Guide: Precision Circular and Parallel Cutting Tool in Black by Robert Fulce

I've used it once and it does the main job of guiding the saw. Best suited for larger pieces of wood (e.g. two inches wider than the attachment). As I cut thin strips from the edge of the smaller piece, the protruding steel ruler ran into my clamp and I had to come up with a more creative way to attach the piece. I also struggled to get the fine tuning right. When you tighten the thumbscrews it seems to move about 1/16 inch. To prevent splitting, I traced the cut line with a sharp blade and then used an edge guide to hold the marked line in place (not centered on the score line). but with one edge of the blade on the scribe and the rest on the "falling" side of the cut).
