
The best feature is how easy it was to use! I had never used this type of system before so that's kind of what drew me in at first but then once you get everything set up its actually pretty great for keeping track of patient information as well as tracking billing info etc. It took some time getting things setup correctly (I'm sure most systems do) however after we did our training they were very helpful if there were any questions along the way. Not much really - just be prepared to spend more than one day setting up all aspects needed. There are many different parts within synoptec where each part has their own advantages/disadvantages- choose wisely which ones will benefit you the most when choosing your product. We have been able to keep accurate records of patients visits including medical history, physical exam findings, allergies, immunizations, diagnoses, procedures done during visit, medication list etc.- saves us tons.
