Review on ๐Ÿงบ Enhanced Cargo Organization: Envelope Trunk Cargo Net for Brand New Subaru Outback by Vera Gashi

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I think I got it working on a 2019 Outback

First things first First class delivery within 1 day. Can't beat it And the price of the cargo net is quite acceptable, especially for the quality of the materials. I think it will last for many years. It's a bit high due to the distance between the connection points, but the width is perfect - not too narrow. As with many other reviewers, the tricky part was the top connection. If you just put the loop on the bag holder, it will fall off easily. The cords are really too big to fit around the bag holder when it's closed and I'm concerned about the strain on the clip. One person suggested some thin stripes, which sounds like a great idea, although I'm wondering if that would make the bodice too long. My solution has not yet been tested with any weights in the luggage net, but the photos say so. 1) Combine clip and round clip 2) Connect top loop by additional clip 3) Behind the bag holder, you will see a hole with a screw to attach the bag holder to the car. This is the perfect size for a round clip designed for a fabric loop. (Glad I have pictures!) It's not so tight that you can't pull it out, although you may need a small screwdriver or needle nose pliers to pry the round clip out if it detaches from the clip. Really easy. The clip on the back is far enough away that it should hold the net even with weight in the net and doesn't put pressure on the bag holder.

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • Requires Socket
