Easy to install in modems

I am an 85 year old occasional computer user. My Comcast tech said I need a new modem. I was happy with the quick delivery and the fact that I was able to install it myself. At first there were problems with Xfinity wanting me to reactivate the modem every time I opened my computer, after a lengthy phone call with them they fixed it and everything works great. Very happy with the purchase because it's faster than my old modem.
