Ordered to replace my worn out 17 year old skillet. I have used these new ones 10-15 times so far and they are absolutely wonderful. Like many other reviewers, the first thing I did was boil eggs - fried and scrambled. They slid off the pan like a fat man on a soapy slide down a slope. The only time something stuck to this pan was when my 10 year old made scrambled eggs. But like I've told her a hundred times, the eggs are sticking to the pan because she put COLD eggs in a COLD pan. You need to preheat the pan and let the eggs cool outside of the fridge for about 10 minutes. I have fried chicken, sausage, pork chops, steamed veggies, and a few other items. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to burn the flesh as the pain isn't sticky, but that's not a problem at all. These pans are excellent. Cleaning is a breeze. Five stars, highly recommended!
